2022 4th International Conference on Hydraulic, Civil and Construction Engineering (HCCE 2022) will be grandly held in Harbin on Dec. 16-18, 2022. The conference will mainly focus on the development of Hydraulic, Civil and Construction Engineering etc. Aims to provide an exchange platform for experts and scholars, engineers and research personnel of related fields. All submissions of HCCE 2021 and HCCE 2020 will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts. Accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published by Conference Proceedings as an individual chapter in IAECST.
